Model 231
The Procuratoria di San Marco has adopted an Organization and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. 231/2001.
Model 231 is a set of rules, tools, and procedures designed to provide the Procuratoria di San Marco with an effective organizational, management, and control system, capable of identifying and preventing significant conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, as well as strengthening and improving the internal control system and, more generally, the governance system.
